A Little About Us

Here at Trudy’s Gluten Free, we provide courses for you to make all your Gluten Free favourites.

All our products are made in a dedicated Gluten Free Kitchen. We use domestic ovens so it’s easy to recreate your bakes at home.

We have a maximum of three people on the course so it friendly, relaxed and fun.

Each course will give you the knowledge, confidence and recipes to make the bakes at home.

How It All Came About

I have been gluten intolerant for a number of years and found it very hard not being able to eat all my favourite cakes, and desserts. That’s when I took on the challenge of cooking Gluten-free. It was very difficult, as anyone baking gluten free will understand. Over the years I started to perfect my cakes and desserts and I was really excited about the taste and knew I must share my products with everyone. That’s how Trudy’s Gluten Free was born.

I know you will love the taste of my products and I hope it helps you enjoy the food that you love again. I now run courses for you to come on to recreate my cakes and bakes. So go to the course page and see which one is for you.

    An excellent selection of gluten free goodies. Light and moist with a rich texture my personal favourite being the Bakewell Tart which is very rich and very tasty !! The little Christmas mince pies were also scrumptious, a tasty bite size with a cup of tea – be warned though, one is never enough !! I would recommend Trudy’s Gluten Free products.
